“Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us.” ~Ephesians 3:20

Dear Friends,
We reflect on 2025 with deep gratitude for the faith-filled vision of our founder, Albert F. Siebert, and for our family of grantee partners, donors, directors, and staff, who continue to carry that vision forward. Seventy-three years ago, Mr. Siebert made an extraordinary investment rooted in his trust in God. Today, that single act of faith has grown into a shared movement, where generosity brings people together to accomplish far more than any one organization could alone.
The past year invited both reflection and renewed commitment. We launched a history project to honor the Foundation’s beginnings and evolution, grounding our work in Mr. Siebert’s enduring call to spread the Gospel. At the same time, we began a comprehensive strategic planning process, listening carefully and discerning how best to steward resources in ways that remain responsive to the needs of our communities.
Across Wisconsin, nearly 500 leaders gathered through Siebert-supported workshops to strengthen skills, share knowledge, and build capacity. From fundraising and leadership transitions to collaborative learning among food pantry partners, these moments affirmed a simple truth: ministry is strongest when we learn and grow together.
In the face of urgent community needs, we also witnessed remarkable generosity. Siebert entered its second joint grant with We Raise Foundation, this time in support of Kingdom Prep Lutheran High School, reflecting our commitment to working together to expand our collective impact.
We also reached a major milestone with the completion of our Endowment Fund Match. Donors contributed $500,000, matched by $450,000 from Siebert. Together, these gifts established the first named endowment funds under Siebert’s umbrella. Each fund will support the donor’s philanthropic passions for years to come.
This momentum continued at our Collaborators’ Event, which has now surpassed $1 million raised since its launch. It is a powerful reminder of what is possible when faith, trust, and partnership come together.
In 2025, the Foundation granted $ 4.5 million to support Lutheran ministries that share the Gospel, educate children and youth, and build pathways to stability while meeting urgent needs. With more than $161.2 million granted since 1952, we are filled with hope as we look ahead confident that this legacy of generosity will continue to multiply and strengthen Lutheran churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations across Wisconsin for generations to come.
With Christ as our guide, we remain grateful for the past, energized by the present, and hopeful for what lies ahead.
In Christ,
Emily & Charlotte
