Siebert Lutheran Foundation’s annual Inspired to Thrive Conference provides an opportunity for Lutheran ministry leaders to network and learn from each other. The event is a safe place for assembling people and building relationships across the Lutheran denominations.

Previous Inspired to Thrive conferences have hosted more than 300 pastors and ministry leaders, and we hope to have similar numbers of attendees in 2024. These pastors, staff, and lay leaders are from churches, nonprofit organizations, schools, and digital ministries and in the past have found significant value in networking with Siebert’s conference sponsors.
