Thank you for joining us for Siebert’s biennial 2026 Inspired to Thrive conference, where more than 200 Lutheran pastors and lay leaders, ministry and youth leaders, volunteers, and representatives from schools and nonprofits gathered to learn, connect, and grow together.

As one participant phrased it, “I have been very blessed through the years by your efforts. Please ‘do not grow weary of doing good’. You are greatly appreciated!”

Throughout the day, participants explored topics critical to thriving ministry and organizational leadership, including cultivating healthy organizational cultures, supporting mental health and well-being, strengthening spiritual practices, leading faithful innovation, and building sustainable ministries for the future. Just as valuable were the conversations that took place around tables, in hallways, and during networking opportunities as leaders shared challenges, ideas, and encouragement with one another.

Your participation and enthusiasm made the conference meaningful and engaging for everyone who attended. We are grateful to have you as part of the Siebert Lutheran Foundation community and for your commitment to serving others in Christ's name.
