The training is two hours long with the last 45 minutes being optional and supporting grantees developing the outcomes statements for their grant applications.  

The training objectives: 

• To see the operational definitions and tools adopted by the Siebert Lutheran Foundation (SLF)
• To understand what Siebert believes about effective outcomes statements
• To see how improved outcomes statements will used in the SLF the grant application process
• To help our grantee partners gain confidence in writing outcomes statements
• To identify additional development opportunities or resources needed to support grantees
